FAQ's

Can I train while pregnant?

Yes — if your pregnancy is low-risk and your doctor hasn’t advised against exercise, Reformer and Barre are fantastic during pregnancy. Book a Light class, which moves a little slower so we can safely modify exercises as needed. Please let your instructor know before each class that you’re pregnant.

What are the different class types?

If you haven’t tried Reformer Pilates before, we recommend starting with a Reformer Light class to learn the machine and technique. Light – A full-body workout focusing on Pilates fundamentals, control, and technique. Fit – Builds on Light with more creativity, flow, and tempo. Expect a faster, more dynamic workout. Reformer for Everyone – A layered class suitable for all levels, combining fun energy with effective movement. Stretch & Strength – Exactly what it says: strength, mobility, and deep stretch. Expect an energising session with creative flows.

What should I wear?

Normal workout clothes and grip socks (available for purchase at the studio).

What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class. If there’s someone on the waiting list, you can cancel up to 4 hours before and receive your clip or payment back. If you need to cancel within that time, send us a message at 93898821 — if we have time to fill your spot, we’ll still refund you.
